This website is owned, maintained and operated by Ohlá Studios, registered in Sweden under the organization number 969791-3201. Pronouns such as “we”, “us” and “our” will in this document all refer to Ohlá Studios and used interchangeably in between. We reserve the right to amend or update information on our site at any given time as well as to refuse or cancel any order that has been placed and/or processed with incorrect prices. Accepting our terms and conditions is a legally binding consent, governed by the laws of Sweden (excluding the international sale of goods act). Hence, Ohlá Studios is entitled to take all legal measures within this framework for violations of these agreements as well as in cases of intrusion to password-protected areas of the current site and/or improper use of copyrighted material.
To place any order at our webshop, you must be 18 years of age. For minors, paternal or guardian consent is required.
The listed prices are set in EUR and daily exchange rates apply to the transaction. 25% VAT (Swedish tax) is included in our prices. Shipping costs are added in addition to product prices.
We only accept card payment with Mastercard and Visa.
Once an order is made, it cannot be cancelled but must then be treated as a return (see details below for this procedure).
Ohlá Studios offers shipping alternatives to countries members of the European Union (EU), United States of America (U.S.) and Asia. If you have any other requests, please contact us by mail. In case of shipping to addresses outside the EU, the customer will be held responsible for all customs or any other charges that are added in the country to which the order is shipped. As soon as you have received the confirmation mail of your order, we will begin processing it in the shortest possible time. All packages are sent under secured and trackable conditions with Postnord or DHL as courier. Shipping rates: – Sweden: € 6 (DHL Service point) – EU + EFTA: € 10 (UPS Access point) – Rest of the world: €30
Since we are a small company with few employees, we cannot guarantee a fixed delivery time. However, we do our best to dispatch the order within 3-5 working days. The shipment time itself extends between 1-3 working days for swedish orders and 2-8 working days for international orders.
You have the right to return or exchange an item for a full refund within 14 days from the time they are received. All returned items must be in original condition including tags and packaging details. Shoes must be tried on carpet surfaces and socks totally unworn to be accepted as returns. Refunds for returned products will be made within 30 business days after we have received the returned products. In the package (shoebox), you will receive a return form (also attached below) with information regarding the return procedure. Make sure that all returned items are carefully packaged so they won’t take damage during transport. The paid shipping cost will not be refunded by Ohlá Studios. Nor do we reimburse/replace lost goods or the shipping cost (or any additional charges) back to us. Thus, we recommend the use of insured and trackable shipping options.
If your received items do not match the order confirmation mail or if any item is faulty, please make a claim by writing an email to returns@ohlastudios.com and summarize what went wrong. When this application has been approved by us, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for return so that you can return the current item(s) free of charge and for full refund/new product.
Ohlá Studios reserves the right to charge the cost for any shipping charges for uncollected packages back to our box address. The shipping charges will be deducted from the refund of the total amount paid for the order (shipping excluded).
It is our highest endeavour to present as comprehensible and reliable information on our website as possible. Yet, we cannot fully guarantee that it won’t occur inaccuracies such as typographical errors or pictorial imprecisions. Nor can we warrant a technically infallible and secure website. Ohlá Studios does its utmost to ensure that the product information received from subcontractors are correct and reliable but in aspects where such incorrectness would arise without our knowledge we cannot be held responsible.
In cases of unforeseeable circumstances such as war, strike, revolution, riot, government section, telecom closures and natural catastrophes, Ohlá Studios reserve the right to suspend our obligations. In cases these phenomena would occur, we will make sure to notify you as a customer and consequently attempt to resolve all issues in the shortest possible time.
Our privacy policy complies with the European Union regulation General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) We value our customers’ integrity highly and pursue for as little intrusion as possible on user privacy. In order to ensure a seamless and safe service, however, Ohlá Studios collects customer data (i.e IP, full name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone numbers and other specific purchase details). The collection takes place when you browse our website, contact our customer service or place an order. The collected information will be safely handled according to industrial standards and only available within Ohlá Studios and associate partners (i.e logistic, payment and IT partners). It will not be passed on or sold for any purposes to third parties, except authorities on statutory grounds.
Products purchased on www.ohlastudios.com may only be used for personal use and not for resale.
All original documents found on our website (including trade marks, logos, graphics, texts, photos, data and software) are owned by Ohlá Studios and are not subject to commercial use.
